Bill is a serial social entrepreneur with over 45 years of experience in launching and managing new enterprises and rebuilding old ones – both profit and non-profit – in human services, foundation management, food and agriculture, higher education, retail computer sales, service & training, restaurants and Internet services. Currently Bill is the founder and President of the Sustainability Lab which created and hosts the New England Food System Innovation Challenge and took over operations the Fork Food Lab in October 2018. Under Bill’s leadership Fork has grown from 24 members in October to 45 today. The Lab is expected to grow to 50 members by December. Fork will be launching a Food Business Incubator in the Fall and is searching for a larger location. Bill has a BA in Psychology and Anthropology, an MEd and ABD in Education from UMass Amherst.
