Max has worked around the Austin food industry his entire professional life. He earned a degree in Entrepreneurship from St. Edward’s University and has continuously strived to make businesses operate in a more efficient manner. While in college, Max managed operations at Austin Restaurant Week, was employee number one at Favor in which his position was to run daily operations for the food delivery app, and up until the launch of RPM Kitchens, operated Jaime’s Foods, LLC. Max is also the co-founder of Taster’s Table Club, which features local Austin restaurants and has allowed him to enhance his relationships with the city’s food scene players.
