Ned Klein is a food safety consultant for food processors and shared kitchens. After graduating from Georgetown University, he received a Fulbright scholarship and completed a Masters in Education. Since 2013, Ned has supported businesses to navigate food regulations, achieve certifications, and scale operations. He currently works as a consultant for Mile Rock and operates FDAreader.com, a web-based food safety resource for food entrepreneurs.
