CEO and Founder of Chefscape Kitchen a food and beverage business incubator tied into Food Halls, event spaces, cooking class rooms and Class A office buildings. Rob started Chefscape in 1,600 sq/ft failed Jerry Subs and Pizza with no employees. Chefscape now houses over 70 food business across three locations in DC Metro and Manhattan with more than 15 graduate business now having their own restaurants or production facilities. He is a Loudoun Times Mirror 40 under 40 recipient. Rob also has a real estate development company focusing on build to suit development in the DC Metro. He holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland College Park.
